There is no obligation to continue licensing the software after the trial or at each renewal. If you don’t plan to continue using the software we would love to hear from you so that we can consider improvements for the future.

We have a support team that can guide you through the entire process of getting started with Loome. When you sign up for a trial you will be offered to book times that suit you to regularly connect with our support team.

Loome has a roadmap of features which is being continuously updated with new releases every one or two months. All feature releases are communicated on a regular basis and rarely involve an outage.

Loome does not store any client data in the service. All data stored is metadata relating to the configuration of Loome. Any data operations are in your own cloud or on-premises environment.
